Crawfish Boil

This past Saturday we attended the 9th Annual Crawfish Boil at our church, Holy Cross Lutheran. It was a gorgeous evening under the twinkly white lights that glistened above our heads. We enjoyed live music and indulged in crawfish, peel and eat shrimp, sausage, potatoes, corn and cheesecake. This was my first time trying crawfish. I am in no way a picky eater but to put it nicely I will not be trying crawfish anytime soon...

  8. Lovely family outing, lovely photos too. I don't think I like crawfish that much either. They are alright in gumbo but the taste is just too strong by itself.
