With summer fast approaching I wanted to share my favorite go to summer hair look. I have always been a huge fan of the beachy wave look and have got it down to a science now without even having to step foot in the sand!

When creating my beachy waves I like to start out with clean, dry hair. After washing my hair I spray John Frieda Sea Waves™ over my entire head and allow my hair air dry over night because my hair tends to have a natural wave to it when it is air dried.

When I wake up the next morning I set my curling wand to the highest setting. My hair is on the thicker side so I have to use the highest heat setting.

I then go through my hair and randomly select pieces to start twirling around the wand. I try not to curl much of the end of my hair and generally just curl the top and leave the ends straight.

I keep wrapping my hair around the wand throughout my entire head until I achieve the wave I am looking for. Depending on my mood (or how much time I have) I only curl a few pieces around the front of my face.
