gruene hall

over the weekend we visited my brother in san antonio. it was a quick, long weekend get a away. one of the days was spent in gruene, texas. a super cute town outside of san antonio. we spent the day antiquing, enjoying a lonestar (or two) and eating. because, day drinking means refueling on delicious bbq and not even thinking twice about it.

field day

saturday's we like to run in fields. and by we i mean landon. usually in hopes it makes him crash without putting up a fight so i can find all those deals baby gap is having. sometimes it works. sometimes it makes him even more wild. just gotta cross your fingers and hope for the best.

the happiest valentine on the block

yesterday we attempted to take some valentine's day photos of landon. anyone with a toddler knows that can be a near impossible feat. there was crying, slapping and running away involve in the taking of these photos and that was all done by me. just kidding...sort of. moral of the story: landon hates sitting still, bow ties, having his hair fixed and valentine's day in general. hope you all have a lovie day!

neighborhood

some of my neighbors have to wonder why rey takes my photo on a daily basis. sometimes i'm propped against a random car. sometimes casually in the middle of the street. sometimes we sneak into their houses and take them in their backyards. not really. ok. maybe that happened one time. 

i am glad they don't ask why. then i would feel like i need to make up some elaborate story instead of telling them the truth. "he takes my photo for my blog that like 18 people read."
