My Week via iPhone

We had quite the eventful week around these parts...

1. Landon visiting his Auntie Ali, he loves her so much!

3. They love playing tug-o-war together.

4. Ready for his first swim lesson!

5. Saturday attire.

6. Patiently waiting for the Easter Bunny.

7. He sleeps in the most random, uncomfortable looking positions.

8. Besties.

9. Hanging out with some leaves.

10. Mad Men started Sunday. LOVE!

12. My name. Not everyone can say they are named after a Fleetwood Mac song. #marchphotoaday

13. Having fun at the zoo! He loves to watch all of the kids and not the animals.

14. Busted. Making guacamole out of his avocados.

16. Gray eyes. His eyes change depending on what he is wearing. Just like me!

17. Getting his second wind at 10:00 p.m.

18. Feet. #marchphotoaday

19. Climbing stairs is his favorite new activity. He keeps me on my toes for sure.

20. His second favorite new activity is watching the washing machine go 'round and 'round.

21. He can sit here for hours, ok not hours but minutes. I'll take what I can get...

Over the weekend we ventured outdoors so Landon could play outside with his favorite Circus Tent and trucks. Turns out the Circus Tent and trucks couldn't hold a candle to leaves. Yes, leaves. We aren't talking pretty fall leaves in majestic shades of orange and yellow. We are talking old, crinkly, brown, dried up leaves. The child was in complete awe. At first he would just stare at them. Then he grew brave and started picking them up ever so delicately to feel them between his fingers. In a blink of an eye he was suddenly grabbing fist full's and throwing them in the air. Go figure. Sidenote: It is way way easier to take photos of a baby before the go mobile. I remember then days I could just prop him up and make a silly sound and I would get a perfect smile. These days it takes work. A ridiculous bird noise doesn't works anymore. He needs horns and a dancing act (trust when I say you do not want to witness me doing either). Don't even get me started on attempting to get him to sit still. It's a near impossible task. He gets distracted by every little thing. From little kids going by on their bicycles to an ant in the grass. How the heck does he even spot those things? Eagle eyes I tell ya....

Landon's First Swim Lesson

Landon had his first swim lesson this past Saturday at our local YMCA. He absolutely loved it and wasn't scared of the water one bit! We had so much fun together. Laughing, playing games, blowing bubbles and kicking up a storm! I can't wait for the next lesson!

Seersucker Shorts: Gymboree. I'm a sucker for seersucker.
Mocassins: GAP
Notice the death grip he has on a fist full of leaves. He attempts to eat leaves but not cheese. Makes perfect sense.

Where:Grocery store trip with Mom & Dad and playtime outside.

Salmon shorts: Baby GAP
Mocassins: Baby GAP...these shoes are going to be quite the repeat offender. Currently they are the only shoes he will keep on his feet for more than 32 seconds.
